Fraudulent acts by Airtel Broadband My name is Aman Raghuvanshi and I have been an airtel customer for more that 5 years now.
On the 8th of February, I applied for the 4 Mbps internet plan(1399 Impatience plan) and was told that I would recieve the speed in 5 working days.
14th February-no speed received-call made to airtel and was told that I will receive the speed in 1 day
15th Feb-Still no speed. this time I was told that my speed will be received that day itself. Not received
16th February-told that due to my exceeding the fair usage policy in my previous connection, I will recieve the speed by the next billing cycle(25th February)
25th Feb-speed received for 4 hours. Then back to normal(0.5 Mbps)
26th February-You will receive the speed by the 28th
28th February-No speed received. I am told that it will take 2 more days. Speed reduced to 0.1 Mbps
In all this time, I have been charged by airtel for the new plan DESPITE NOT RECEIVING EVEN A QUARTER OF THE SPEED.
Now I ask you, what is the problem? How dare these halfwits charge me for their non existent product? what exactly do they wan't to accomplish? and kindly note-this is not the first time someone is complaining about their useless service. And when I call and say that I wan't to cancel my connection, they beg and beg. False promises about an Airtel executive calling me back are made. They try to save their dignity and respectability, but it has already gone down the drain.
Kindly assist me in resolving this serious matter
