    Angry False charges on Airtel Broadband Connection

    Hi,

    I request someone to please help me out and provide me with the email id of someone senior in Airtel. This is the third time I have faced this problem and I am unwilling to keep calling 121 and listening to them telling me that the excess billing is my fault when I have done nothing.

    The problem:
    I keep getting charged for additional services on my Airtel broadband connection like Games on Demand. This has happened twice before and both time I called up 121 and registered a complaint stating that I have never used this service and don't intend to. I didn't even know how to use this service. I have a PS3 at home and do not really need to use Airtel's shit games which they provide online.
    Each time I was given the explanation that they cannot activate this service and that I must have done so. Each time I clarified that I had not done so and asked if they were calling me a liar. Each time I manually disabled this service on their portal and each time the service is somehow automatically reactivated magically and I am charged for it. Both times they finally came to their sense and removed the amount charged to me. Now it has happened again! I am at my wits end trying to call up Airtel each time, explain the situation and be called a liar!
    I would really like to escalate this issue and if that is not possible I think I will take Airtel to court this time. Enough is enough!
