sending bill now after 2006, after application given 3 times. Respected sir ,
My land line no. is 01912455094 in the name Rajesh Gandral R/O 87/5 nanaknagar jammu. I applied for dissconnection many years back around 2006. and now i have started reciving bill. i again applied for the same but no action is taken. empolyee concern just give assursnce and sends me back. please help me how to proceed with it.
