i have given application to bsnl dept.bhartpur for bill concession (scheme:govt employee 20% ).
in that they will less amount 20% in broadband bill. this ,i did in august 2010 but from thisa time i am submitting bill without any concession..when i complaint they says next month would be right and software issue ans sometime they are not seat and so many problems.thier sap software is showing also my scheme is already started but in bill the scheme is not applying.
plz help how i can do this with taht dept.
