    also to the NODAL OFFICER AND TO THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY)AND ALSO TO ALL THE VALUED
    CUSTOMER OF ALL TELECOM COMPANY,TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM WHICH I AM FACING .

    Dear support people,
    In reference to my TALK with your AIRTEL DATA CARD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EXECUTIVE
    PERSON Mr.AJAY FEW TIMES AGO AND ALSO YESTERDAY TALKING WITH MR.DEEPAK AT YOUR DATA
    CARD HELPLINE NUMBER 7070. I am writing this mail after interact with them.This is a
    mail that I am writing after getting completely frustrated and irritated over the
    manner in which data services are being run,AND UFCOURCE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER CARE
    EXECUTIVE PEOPLE OF DATA CARD SERVICETHEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH THE
    CUSTOMERSAND HOW TO INTERACT WITH THEM . I purchased an Airtel Data Card on 9th
    november 2008 and it got activated on 15th november (after full 7 days when the
    normal period is 4 days.)
    After a few days of normal operation, it stopped working. First of all, the GPRS
    wont connect and sometime the speed shows 1 to 2.5 kbps and it is useless speed for
    surfing a net and then when it does, the speed is close to nil in maximum places
    where i used your DATA CARD SERVICE and i also show yhe message that THE PAGE CANNOT
    BE DISPLAYED. This is not what I had bargained for! I’ve given repeated
    complaintsamong those complain i want to give the last reference number i.e-20121358
    as given by your CCE ,and inspite of those, nothing substantial has turned out. As a
    valued customer (hopefully), I need to know that if for a bill, your people can call
    from delhiOFFICE two to three times in a day, why cannot the technical service
    people do the same for the problem that I am facing. I dint pay 2999rs for a bad
    service or should I say no service at all. YOUR CCE PEOPLE SAID ME THAT THEIR IS A
    PROBLEM IN MY SIM CARD,THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SIM IS NOT MATCHED
    WITH GSM NETWORK FOR THE DATA CARD THE GPRS NETWORK NEEDED FOR THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE
    MY SIM CARD I DID SO AS YOUR CCE PEOPLE SAY TO ME BUT AFTER THAT THE RESULT SHOWS
    ZERO AND NO SOLUTION CAME OUT. Inspite of repeated complaints and all the problems
    that I am facing, your department is prompt to send the bill, no matter if the
    customer is getting the service or not. Is it ethical on your part?.And i will
    request to all the people not to use the airtel data card servicebecause it is a
    useless thing and for that why slould we waste our valualable money in those things
    which has no service.the company only know that how they can cheat customers and
    earn huge money and make profit for them only,they don't have any feeling towardas
    customers and how to give good service,they only think for them only.
    So,I therefore request you to take an immediate action in this regard and if my
    problem cannot be sorted out, OR I WOULD request you to give me a refund for my
    money OF RUPEES 2999what i paid for the USB DATA CARD. Also, for the service that I
    did not get.I ALSO WANT TO CLARIFY TO YOU ALL THAT IF MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVE,VERY
    HARSLY I HAVE TO WRITE THAT AND TO SAY THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT
    REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

    I hope something does come out of this mail!

    Thumbs down worst datacard service by airtel..

    this complaint is regarding airtel datacard, which i subscribed to its internet services hoping to be better than the others but it was dissapointing. Starting with the connection, it ensures speed of 236kbps but hardly it crosses 4 kbps, other problem is the network there is no signal, lazy and uneducated customer care executives which have no sense to talk, once i had an interaction with one of cce and he gave me number to contact about the details for my internet bill and to my surprised it was not a toll no. but a user's number who burst out on me, everytime i call to 121 i m welcomed with recording n whn i had interaction with cce he revert me back to the same recording section, they are of no use and dont understand their responsibility. Airtel is a brand name and it should keep up its image.

    i feel pity about their services, hope they balance it soon.

    Default Airtel Data Card - No service , wrongly billed for no usage

    My data card no is 9004778495

    A brief background of what has happened since December.

    I had subscribed to the connection in the end of November, done the complete payment and verification ,the number was activated in 24hrs. It worked fine for 10-15 days when I was travelling . Once I was back ,it stopped working and I could'nt visit the gallery till the end of Jan due to my wedding preparations,I had paid the bill for December and I got billed for January without any usage .When I checked with the Airtel Gallery in Thane from where I took the connection they informed me that the card was disconnected from their end and adjusted the bill and gave me a new sim card and I had to submit all the documents again which I did and for which the verification was done but from February till date the card has'nt been working . I was told to check again with a gallery if the sim card was not working ,but due to time constraints , family and change of place ,I have not been able to sort this issue. I get a bill for May without using the card and guess what when I check with the gallery they insist I've used it . Now when I dialled the above number in June, I get to know that it has been used by someone else.I'm sent a bill of that person's usage even when the sim card I have has not worked a day.

    I've sent repeated complaints to the Airtel center from where I got the card and to the online customer service, but I only get calls for the bill payment of calls which I have'nt made.

    Please let me know how do I sort this issue.

    Default problem with airtel prepaid datacard

    I am sukanta maity. I also face the problem of airtel prepaid datacard service. When I connected through datacard it is connected, but downlink speed is 0 or may be 1 or 2 kbps. After bought the datacard only two days two hours(1 & 1) I get the service properly. I have two airtel sim, so sim has no problem. In that time i access the service through handsets its working fine, but through datacard it doesnot access. I complain to the
    gprs helpline no 12118, they told me call to 7070. but till now when I try to connect the number, I got the message "currently we are unable to process your request"

    I bought Airtel datacard on Jan 31, 2010 with Rs 599 unlimited scheme. My number is 09967011494. On February 2, 2010, I put request that it is not working and network is zero. My request no is 30766276. The company franchise store said it will take two week to solve your problem...very fully (in the world of jet age...two weeks). I got welcome call early morning on Feb 17. From Airtel customer care(less) department about services and billing, see the working's style and procedure... Till today, there is no network or no call from service department. Billing will start from day one and the company will definitely charge bile on pro-rata basis in the first month...there is absolutely no customer relationship exercise from company side, lack of information at the Airtel store side and gross ignorance of customer's faith...Hope company will pay attention to this complaint...regards

    I got a 1 new datacard & 1 new connection(number-9500076314) on 10-March-2010. from that Day my connection is notworking properly & than the speed is very low, After that i spoke to airtel customer care still there is no response. Kindly take action against airtel datacard connections.

    Dear Sir ,

    pls consider this as my complain , as i m using Airtel Data card since last one year with almost nil speed , if i need to download some docs it will hrs to do it . Since my plan is 1000/- permonth for unlimited uses but frankely to tell u even 1 GB also i m not getting in a month with Zero speed, even in hyderabad city limits also the situation is same . its very difficult to work with airtel datacard .

    pls do the needful , atleats provide me the commited speed .

    No replies from airtel customer care or nodel office even after three months. Datacard is still not working......

    Default Airtel Datacard Not activated still

    I bought Airtel datacard 4 days ago still not activated and I am disappointed to think about when it will be activated.
    I dial to 121 by another cell no. and they all time all guy say to dial 7070 . When i dial 7070 by my prepaid connection of airtel got recorded message this number is not valid.

    Also the guy who are provided the datacard they are not picking the phone.

    Now I am not getting what should i do. After One day I have to go outdoor from delhi to bihar but Still datacard is not activated.

    Post Complaint againt Airtel Ltd regarding Data Card Service

    COMPLAINT AGAINST AIRTEL LTD.

    DATED: 16/04/2011

    This mail is regarding the reference number 36735910 and 36941821 which are raised because of the extremely poor speed of the airtel data card number 8826716660 which was giving 0 Kbps downloading and 0 Kbps uploading against the promised 236 kbps Internet speed. I have contacted Airtel Data Card Technical support several times and spent precious hours and energy with the technical support department in order to troubleshoot this issue, however, the issue persisted without any substantial positive result and the attitute of Technicl Support representatives was not professional.

    As I called Airtel Data card customer care on 4th April, 2011 regarding this issue, I was promised by the customer care representative that I will recieve call from Airtel Data Card support before 15th April,2011 and the issue will be resolved, however, neither I recieved any call from your end nor the issue has been troubleshooted. I then called again on 8th April and talked to supervisor regarding this issue, so he deactivated and reactivated the service which took 24 hours, however, the issue still persisted. Therefore, I called again on 9th April and informed the customer care representative that I am going to dispute the charges and file a complaint againt Airtel in consumer forum court for breaching the customer service agreement and misleading about the Internet service as mentioned in the data card plan which I opted and the notes were updated by that Airtel representative in my account as per my instructions, however, I did not recieve any confirmation from your end.

    Furthermore, I contacted on Airtel support again on 16th April, 2011 and was informed by the Airtel representative named Mr Sonu and Mr Lalit consecutively that there were no notes were updated by the Airtel representative on 9th April. Secondly, he also mentioned that there is no such information has been updated and apart with that, he also mentioned in his statement that the request is already closed on 13th April after calling me on my phone number and explaing that there is some issue with my Hardware device and computer which is not true any any form, what so ever as I have the new computer with i3 processer 2.4Ghz 3Gb Ram wifi enabled, Micromax EDGE data card device and I have the Call billing statement records for all my calls.

    This will be considerered as the Fraudulent act and breach of customer service agreement from Airtel Ltd. under the consumer protection act and I will file the complaint in Consumer court and send a legal notice to company if this issue will not be resolved within current business week and I need my charges to be waived off. Also, the copy of this letter is already forwarded to Airtel Corporate Office and Nodal Office(Delhi Circle, Barakhambha Road).
