SUB---(This is the mail I wrote to AIRTEL DATA CARD support team(TECHNICAL) and
also to the NODAL OFFICER AND TO THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY)AND ALSO TO ALL THE VALUED
CUSTOMER OF ALL TELECOM COMPANY,TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM WHICH I AM FACING .
Dear support people,
In reference to my TALK with your AIRTEL DATA CARD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EXECUTIVE
PERSON Mr.AJAY FEW TIMES AGO AND ALSO YESTERDAY TALKING WITH MR.DEEPAK AT YOUR DATA
CARD HELPLINE NUMBER 7070. I am writing this mail after interact with them.This is a
mail that I am writing after getting completely frustrated and irritated over the
manner in which data services are being run,AND UFCOURCE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER CARE
EXECUTIVE PEOPLE OF DATA CARD SERVICETHEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH THE
CUSTOMERSAND HOW TO INTERACT WITH THEM . I purchased an Airtel Data Card on 9th
november 2008 and it got activated on 15th november (after full 7 days when the
normal period is 4 days.)
After a few days of normal operation, it stopped working. First of all, the GPRS
wont connect and sometime the speed shows 1 to 2.5 kbps and it is useless speed for
surfing a net and then when it does, the speed is close to nil in maximum places
where i used your DATA CARD SERVICE and i also show yhe message that THE PAGE CANNOT
BE DISPLAYED. This is not what I had bargained for! I’ve given repeated
complaintsamong those complain i want to give the last reference number i.e-20121358
as given by your CCE ,and inspite of those, nothing substantial has turned out. As a
valued customer (hopefully), I need to know that if for a bill, your people can call
from delhiOFFICE two to three times in a day, why cannot the technical service
people do the same for the problem that I am facing. I dint pay 2999rs for a bad
service or should I say no service at all. YOUR CCE PEOPLE SAID ME THAT THEIR IS A
PROBLEM IN MY SIM CARD,THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SIM IS NOT MATCHED
WITH GSM NETWORK FOR THE DATA CARD THE GPRS NETWORK NEEDED FOR THAT I HAVE TO CHANGE
MY SIM CARD I DID SO AS YOUR CCE PEOPLE SAY TO ME BUT AFTER THAT THE RESULT SHOWS
ZERO AND NO SOLUTION CAME OUT. Inspite of repeated complaints and all the problems
that I am facing, your department is prompt to send the bill, no matter if the
customer is getting the service or not. Is it ethical on your part?.And i will
request to all the people not to use the airtel data card servicebecause it is a
useless thing and for that why slould we waste our valualable money in those things
which has no service.the company only know that how they can cheat customers and
earn huge money and make profit for them only,they don't have any feeling towardas
customers and how to give good service,they only think for them only.
So,I therefore request you to take an immediate action in this regard and if my
problem cannot be sorted out, OR I WOULD request you to give me a refund for my
money OF RUPEES 2999what i paid for the USB DATA CARD. Also, for the service that I
did not get.I ALSO WANT TO CLARIFY TO YOU ALL THAT IF MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVE,VERY
HARSLY I HAVE TO WRITE THAT AND TO SAY THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT
REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
