    Post Complaint againt Airtel Ltd regarding Data Card Service

    Dear Rakesh,

    As per I reply which you have posted on 21/4/2011, please note that I have received a call from Airtel support on 19/4/2011 regarding the extremely poor speed of my data card (0 Kbps download and 0 Kbps upload), however, the representative simply asked some questions and put blame on my hardware device as expected. Being from a technical background, I was manage to show her the real picture of what exactly is going on and she luckily understood, however, again she ensured to call me back after she realized that she could not resolve the issue but I did not receive any call after that.

    Furthermore, my cellphone remains reachable all the time and you can also send me the sms. Apart from that, I also sent you all the details along with the complete issue which you can locate under the email address "sumitjugran1@gmail.com" at your end. I would also wanted to know that why I did not receive any answer from your corporate office, regional office or nodal office (ncr).
