    Default Tikona Broadband Wrong Billing

    HiHi,

    I am using Tikona broadband from last 6 months with circuit broker plan CB299 (1000MB free).

    In sept 2010 month, they shown 1980MB as usage on single day from 18:05 hrs to 02:30 hrs.

    As i have not used this at all then also they charged me for this so i called customer care several times, sent mails to Nodal officer, went in pune tikona pune office but problem has not solved fully.

    Same problem was occur again for billing period 26 Nov 2010 to 25 Dec 2010. My actual total usage was 1114 MB but they charged me for 1429 MB. My session history clearly shows that i have not used extra 325 MB but still tikona officer not accepting this. Again i am done same, called customer care, sent mail to Nodal officer,went to tikona office but yet problem is not solved. Every time i call to customer they lodge new compalint but none of solved.

    Can any one help me, what should do in this?
