You broadband is looting people.Customer care is never reachable and if u r lucky to connect then only fare promises will be made to resolve your issue with no one to follow up.My net connection was not working for 18 days when i brought connection.I was promised to get additional lost days but was never done so.Also their servers are down every now and then without prior intimation.Unlimited plan is never worth paying that much money.M using sify net now .its too same but bit better then you broadband
I recommend never to go for it.

Don't go to You if you want more than 10Mb/s line cause you won't get more than 2 Mb/s anyway during most of your service period. There support agent are good but they simple can't help if company doesn't have a good network infra at all for high speed internet.
I hate to see such company still survive in India in todays internet world. I did struggle with them over a month and called them zillion times. I am switching to something else now.
stay away from "you" if you want a better service
