H, I was a prepaid user of tata indicom broadband service from dombivli. Due to their super slower than a snail pace and extremenlt pathetic connection i decided to switch ISP. Then i noticed that i had 4800+ unused balance in my account so i asked them to refund - which they denied cooly. To this i requested to change my a/c to postpaid & credit the amount to my bill- which they reluctantly agreed but never complied. Instead what they did was in a couple of days they reduced the balance to 1000 (they want me to beleive i consumed 3000 + in days & that too with their dead speed huh) . I had even written to their nodal officer & appelate authority- without any response.

I can say that the entire crowd of fraudsters are out to only dupe customers without bothering about service. I cannot expect anything from this company but have to warn all of you out there - stay away- airtel , mtnl are ways ahead & better!!
