Hello,

I am Vivek from Hyderabad , I have Taken a Reliance Datacard , from "PIONEER ASSOCIATES", he has taken money from me on the firsty day itself and now thye are not activating my Data Card even after calling them several times in a day .Please let me know how can I lodge compalin against them in Consumer Forum.

the people from Reliance is making fool to customer by selling their netconnect + device which is containing 3.1 mbps speed i buy this device by 1 week Ago. the seikh (9372461567) from reliace service provider sell this product by telling 15 days back guaranty if its not working. the tower issue in tingri nagar in pune and the issue is going to resolve after august. he convince me the device will work after he uploaded my documents but still its not happen due to their tower issue. n the customer care
(180030005555) Rakesh is also not giving me a complaint no. .....if this is so why the service provide sold me this product without any knowledge of its feasibility there . they totally used or taken my money. i never expecte this from Reliance .I am also working in Tata but this kind of unsatisfactory and frustating situation will not happen to our customer .
