    Angry Harrasment by Reliance Netconnect

    I purchased a Relaince USB internet connection No.9311137582 in June. At time of purchase, my plan was wrongly entered as one for a higher amount and my repeated complaints were ignored. Subsequently I was biled for a higher amount that I had opted for , for the billing period of June-July. My overpaid account wsa not adjusted.

    Also the services provided were sub standard and extremely infrequent.I wished to disconnect my internet connection.I lodged this request with customer care on 2 occassions . My internet connection was no longer working but I was billed twice (Sept-Oct and Oct-Nov). I subsequently also wrote emails to customer care and to Mr.Rajat Sharma (Official at Reliance who's email id was provided by Customer care) but no response was recieved.

    All through this period I have been continuously harrassed with phone calls demanding payment for wrong billing.
