Dear Sir/Mamme,
This is to bring to your kind attention that i had filed a complaint for the faulty Land line Bill which i got from AIRTEL broad band and have been regularly impressing upon the service provider to rectify the mistake and without any reason they disconnected my connection. I would like to quote the SERVICE REQUEST NO -42062486 provided by airtel.
I would also like to state that my wife is working from home and she is unable to do any work in the night as most of the work she does for her overseas employers is at night which has put us in heavy loses for the last one week.

I would like to mention that the said faulty bill which they have been carry forwarding has already been paid by me through my HDFC credit card and I have also sent them scan copy of my credit card statement at least twice.But it seems the service provider doesnt want to rectify the mistake and want to harass the subscriber for no rhyme or reasons.
I am also enclosing the mail i recieved from them in this regard.
