    Default Urgent Action against Tata Photon Plus service

    Dear Sir,
    In spite of giving so many requests and complaints regarding my Photon Plus device and its bill related queries, no action is taken against it.
    The Photon guys just call me and tells that my bill is pending, but as i had mentioned them earlier also that the device which they give wasn't working on my laptop, when i had purchased it(i.e. on 18th November).
    After giving my 1st complaint to consumer court, these guys sent a person to me on 30th Dec. and from that day onwards, my device worked as normal but the speed was too low. since at the time of purchasing i had already mentioned that i want download speed of at least 200kbps, but from the day it started the download speed wasn't exceeding 50kbps.
    Also against the bill, i had complaint these photon guys that, as the device stated working from 30th December, i wanted my bill cycle from that date. Because it there lookout to install there software in my laptop and not mine.
    Also while purchasing the Photon Plus device there was a scheme on purchase of it, that you will get a laptop bag, but i didn't got the bag, and when i ask the person from whom i got the device, says that he will give/deliver the bag to my address, and it is still under process i think so from 18th November.

    Due to all these reasons and lack of the service from Tata, i want to disconnect my connection and also want all the amount which i had paid (Rs.2400/-) for the photon device while purchasing it. and i am ready to pay the bill from 30th December till 10th Jan(the day when my photon stopped working).
    As my TY boards are coming so it is not possible for me to always go to the Tata gallery and argue with them regarding the bill.

    Hence i request you to give a final decision on this matter and will solve all my queries within a short period of time.

    Post Tata photon plus not activated on till 7th day of submitting all formalities

    Dear sir

    with regards i just want to tell u that , i have submitted all formalities regarding my reactivation of tata photo plus ..but till on the 7th day of submitting all formalities it is not activated,. I have call photon customer care so many time n also i have personaly visited tata photon head office ,.but till now no action has been taken ,.please take necessary action ,i will be very thankful for your kindness

    Angry High level Problem facing with Signal and customer care

    Dear Sir,

    After giving so many requests and complaints regarding my Photon Plus device signal (9244864745 - unlimited plan), no action is taken against it up to now till 40 days.

    When am calling to The Photon customer care they are saying we will resolve ur problem with in another 3 days and they giving the complaint number. From 10 days when am asking then that when did they can surely resolve my problem, they are saying we cant say that we will put a call back to u with in another 4 hours - at that time they will discuss to you. But up to now i had not get any call back for any of last 5 calls and not resolved the problem till 40 days (From starting day onwards). I registered the complain for that signal problem on 9th of last month.

    On today I told them to resolve the issue by tomorrow evening or just disconnect the connection and take back your photon instrument. They are saying we will terminate the connection but we cant take ur instrument back. But at the time of purchasing they said that if i dont need we can take the instrument back. When i said that one to the customer care person he was saying - that was not correct, and am taking the request for terminating but not taking back the photon instrument. What i can do with that instrument with out connection - I asked, for that there was no response and he cut of the call by saying we are terminating your connection.

    Is this correct way for your company. Today i got so disappointed with your response and service problem. This is not fare. Am doing online business as SEO in IT. From 1 month all the projects canceled for not doing any work and this month in my office they cutting of my salary also.

    I want to know what response u ll give for this issue. But am saying very seriously now that if you are moving like this with your customers you ll fail in your business.

    Sorry for saying this.

    Hence i request you to give a final decision on this matter and will solve all my queries within a short period (if possible by tomorrow itself) of time.
