    Default Airtel Broadband BAD service

    Hi,
    Im using Airtel broadband service for last 8 months which cost about 999 Rs Per month for unlimited usage.Within this short span of time my connection disconnected twice eventhough I had paid my bills reguraly.When i called customer care they are saying that problem is under process and it is being actioned on priority.But they are taking 2 to 3 weeks for solving this problem and they are asking me pay for the days when connection is not active.Would I go for complaint regards this.


    Please give me ur valuable sugesstions it would be more helpful for me........

    Hi,
    I m using Airtel broadband service for last 2.5 years approx which cost about 999 Rs Per month for unlimited usage.Within this long span of time my connection disconnected many time eventhough I had paid my bills reguraly.When i called customer care they are saying that problem is under process and it is being actioned on very high priority.But they are taking 2 to 3 weeks for solving this problem.Would I go for complaint regards this.

    Evene I have wrote a mail to Mr. rakesh and I didn't get any response on this.


    Please give me ur valuable sugesstions it would be more helpful for me........

    Mr. Rakesh,

    I have already shared my mobile number and address with the Complaint which I have logged into your system dated on 19 August. After this complaint I have called up and talked to five Sr. Supervisors in your department to resolve the Customer Issues on Priority. They all have committed that your problem will be resolved by Today within 3 or 4 hours but these 3 or 4 hours never come in actual because in response to your Customer Care department team to follow up with the technical team from Alcatel Lucent guy never care about the issues faced by your customer.

    After all these information If you want I can share you the name of the people from your department to whom I am continuously talking and getting wrong commitment and in last not getting response from your technical team as told by CCE department guys.

    In the last I have frustrated with the commitment from your team and raise a request to Close my connection against dissatisfactory response with my previous complaint for resolving my connection line issue.


    Please find here the Name of the Guys to whom I have already escalated my problem:-

    Mihir, Nikita,Ahinsha,Rajesh and Priyam Shiva....All these guys are on Senior Designation in your department and in the last they told me that We are going to take your cancelation request for which our technical department will be accountable.

    After all these discussion and escalation, your technical department even not made a single call to me, so what can I expect from your team to resolving my problems.

    And I will again put your attention towards my contacts details are already shared with your team and I have already written a mail to you to ask about response to get a call from your technical team to resolved my problem.

    Still If you think that you are serious about your customer concerns then it’s a question on your commitment and response,

    Do let me know If you need any other information to resolved my problem because all contact information is already shared with your CCE people to whom I have already doing discussion from last 5 days.
