    Angry Tata Docomo Dongle Waste Service

    Hi,

    My name is Vamsi Krishna Ch, i have taken Tata Docomo Dongle 20 days back
    near to Tin factory, uday nagar from a mobile shop person name Harish
    (m:-9845679439) as they said there is signal in area and getting 7.2 mbs
    speed.Till date i have not properly used that. I have asked your executive
    Mr.Murthy (m:-8867481300) regarding this and he has given no of his
    supervisor Mr.Giridhar(m:-9036099043) for resolution he has connected me to
    Mr Srinivas (9036099020) who he said a technician in your Docomo.He asked me
    to download one software ( Team Viewer) and connected to my system and done
    something but unable to resolve the issue. Then i raised a complaint to your
    customer care executive and he has given me Ticket no NWK3G10010681 on dec
    25 1.45 pm and assured me that a technician will come to my home on 28th
    december at 8.00 pm and resolve my issue but no one came to my home i called
    on 28th dec to customer care again and asked for resolution they said the
    complaint which i have raised is not yet closed and asked me to wait for
    24hrs to clear the issue. But still no one came or resolved the issue i
    called back on 29th December and asked but they said the same thing and
    asked me to wait for 24 more hrs as complaint is still open, i asked them
    how many 24 hrs i have to wait for this issue they said this is the last one
    surely they will close this issue stil i didnt get any resolution. Today
    also i called customer care and same reply i have listened from them. Is
    this the way to treat customers. I asked him to connect to his supervisor as
    i am fed up with your service. Mr. P Srinivas who is supervisor of your
    docomo said that he will take 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Having Docomo tower on top of my building no one is able to resolve this issue. From the date i
    have taken this docomo dongle i have not used net then why i have kept
    Rs.2600 and recharged with Rs.109 for this dummy tool which is worthless. I
    need an explanation and want my money back.I want an executive from Docomo to take
    the device and give my money back as i cant trust docomo service anymore.

    I need an earliest revert as its already been a month from which i have taken the piece and not used even once properly.

    Default tata docomo 3g e-stick complaint

    we have taken tata docomo 3g e- stick on 18 mar but it is not started and today is 29 mar and it is not started till yet
