    Default reliance netconnect payment solution

    I, Sangeeta Mansharamani, used a reliance netconnect connection (No. 9311533392) since two years. In July 2010 (28th of July), I paid a bill of 1856 at the adhchini webworld outlet using my debit card. My next month's bill was adjusted by Reliance so no payment was made in August. In September my connection was cut off and I was told that I had not paid the above amount. I went to the adhchini outlet where they said that they had lost the card counterslips and hence the bank had refused the same. They said they would sort the matter and for the meantime restarted my account. However, the pattern repeated itself again after a fortnight. This time I visited the green park webworld who took the details but asked me to visit the adhchini outlet as there was a payment issue. I made the payment at green park on 13/09/2010 for Rs. 650 and got the account reactivated from adhchini. But this pattern repeated itself twice. I submitted my bank account statement to both green park and adhchini outlets and both stated that this would be rectified soon. I also made a complaint telephonically and explained to 3 different people. I dont have all complaint details but one i have - Complaint no. 138769886 - Ashutosh floor supervisor. I got a call from bombay saying that this complaint was referred to the wrong department and they cannot sort out the payment. The bill I received in Oct shows two cheque, 1 card, and 1 cash payment, none of which were done by me and both cheque and card payments were false, just to reativate each time I complained. I had made only 1 other payment on 10th Oct by cash 1000 rs. at green park. On 3rd Nov, a reliance executive Sanjeev Tandon 9311176624 called me promising that he would sort the problem. He again took all details but thereafter refused to pick up his phone. I have since stopped using the card, have written emails but not received any response except for auto responses.

    Dear Sir,

    I would appreciate if instead of calling if you can just verify the facts from your records and the concerned outlets. I keep on travelling and it becomes difficult, esp. given my previous experience with on the phone discussions with reliance have not worked. I would be happy to reply to emails from reliance anytime and that would be helpful.
