    Thumbs down Complain Against Reliance Broadband Service

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I am Dinesh B Sawane from Ojhar Dist. Nashik, having reliance Wireline Internet
    Broad band connection having Id number 330763148924.A/C No.100113656159.Reliance Phone No-02550-300190Plan Name:WFL299CS.Plan Description:FLP(POTS) And Broad band Plan Name:WICC600KB.Plan Description:600Kbps Combo Plan. I am using this number since last three months & in three months period i have face lots of problem from Customer care.
    They have deactivate my service twice without intimated me for non making a payment.
    Here let me just clarify that i have given all the information regarding my email
    address & mailing address despite for that they fails to send me my bill on my
    given email everytime, than later after due date expire they keep telling me the same,
    you have not make the payment so please do it ASAP..i was been keep telling that
    i haven't received the bill so please do send me i'll make the payment but no mail
    & no response.. because of that i bear hell lots of issue like my working hours, time & money..Firstly i was using BSNL Brandboad Connection (Phone No-02550-273015) whose service is very nice as compare to reliance broad band. But reliance broad band is cheap in rate so i had decided to use reliance broad band but now i came to know that they are unable to give service for a customer. For how many times i had told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing such thing.
    As i am doing a business of Shares Trading(Angel Broking) and internet connection is very important for this but the service which is providing by reliance to me is very dull at the time of business only sometime the connection goes very slow or many times it disconnecting.
    Their Engineers are coming after giving complaints but even they can not solve this problem.
    Now its very headache for me. All my customer regarding shares trading is not coming due to this reason.I am now thinking to do legal case on reliance broad band so on this factor i am discussing all the things with my advocate. So its my request to all other user who are not using reliance broad band connection dont use reliance broad band connection. They are number 1 frody.

    Default complaint against reliance broadband service

    Dear,

    I Mahavir ordered for reliance net connect plus and received the same at my place. My device model no. is HUAWEI EC159 & the MDN no. of the device is 08595486359. Earlier the reliance communication people their marketing people and the DSA who have sent me the device told I have got the speed of 3.1 mbps with download and upload speed of 1 mbps upto 5 GB, however I am getting the speed of 400 kbps while connecting and the download speed is 11 kbps and upload speed is 0.2 kbps which is very far away from the commitment and even a mobile network with 2g connection can have more speed than this.

    I had various communication for this regard with customer care and other people but my problem still unresolved and no one provide me the exact solution and rather than taking responsibility giving me various option to do which also not working. Also when I am connecting the device with net connect plus option it gives me zero signal with no connection however it connects only when i connect via 1x option.

    one of the service request no. i have lodge is 164053348. and still I have not get any response from the reliance communication to sort the issue. When the reliance communication is not able to provide their basic commitments why they are marketing their products and sell them on a false notes.

    Would request you to please look in this matter so that the customer will get the requested services not the false services.


    presently no one is taking their responsibility and the DSA-vriti infocom have all the fake e-mail ids, contact nos
