Dear Sir,

Ref: Complain on our broad band connectivity.

Further to our below mentioned letter dt 30 / 03 / 09 of which we have not received any letter till date on getting response of the same we will proceed further which please note .

It is very nice of you that you have bothered about your very good client, since past four months we have been facing issue with your connection and nothing have been done till date, infact we were planning to take the matter to the Consumer Forum, should there was no response at all.

Following are the issues:

a) Never ever the connection is usable when we are out of our base station ( Kochi ) in our case, we have logged our request on 6th Oct'08 and again in the month of Feb'09.In both the cases we were in TN and was not able to complete our work as schedule because of non connectivity. A big failure from our side.

b) Since past four month the connectivity keeps getting de -linked and this is month after month. On reporting various experts kept saying so many things and we did all that including virus removal, reloading of Windows, Giving the Laptop to a service center for checking the connectivity of the PCMCIA Card, and every thing is ok and still does not work.

c) While we are doing all these we are send continuously the bills and if it is not paid then you will not rectify is what has been informed to us time and again, so we kept paying though we did not used the line ?

d) Finally we called one Mr Jamshid and spoken to him in detail and explained him all the above problem and requested him to send us the details offer, which shall include the compensation, change of PCMCIA to USB, and others which he has agreed during the meeting from your side and even after passing of more than 10days, and we are still waiting?

e) If we do not receive any solution we will then be forced to take the matter to the Consumer Forum for a solution therefore the choice is yours now.

Here when we have not used the connection for last three months as well as waiting to get the line rectified how you could ever think of asking money without using services under this case.

Please get the lines rectified immediately in turn if you can as we feel very bad of a company of your repute doing these kinds of cheap techniques.
