    i dint saw and reply like we have solved ur problem, better pls close ur company. it will give us mental satisfaction that our connection company is not there.. soooo friends pls dont tink of photon again put then in urs dustbins and try for good networks.. its all waste to complaint here nooooooooooooooooooooo use, they all are here only for dam money not for serivece, my personal contact number is +919848490356.

    Default Frustrated with Extremely slow speed and poor serv

    Hi,

    I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service from my Tata Photon +. It has been an extremely bitter experience on my part to be associated with Tata Photon.

    The following problem is been faced.

    1. Extreme low speeds dial up worked better in the old days.
    2. Constant disconnection of Video and Audio calls.
    3. Pathetic download speeds.

    Please be sincere enough to give us a call and explain what needs to be done.

    Tata Photon is earning a very bad name in the market for this kind of services would request you do the needful or I would need to go for consumer complaints to ensure my rights as a consumer.

    Hoping for a quick response.

    Default Tata Photon Plus is horribI

    Tata Photon Plus is horrible. Even in my locality it is the same problem. I was going through all the posts in this website and personally feel the person to makes all the posts has a generic template which he copy pastes and asks to contact customer care without any solution. I really feel is this website any good or we are just wasting our time here. Tata customer care when called up gives the same old 10 GB exceeded story which contradicts with the sales guys and with whatever written plan you have. No calls to customer care is recorded the agents who take calls are taught two things, one always tell the customer that there is no supervisor on the floor, no matter what time you call, and secondly immediately erase all record of previous calls to customer care. Fantastic I wish Mr. Rata Tata notices this and know what fraudulent malpractices his team is doing.
