    beamn is the ap no.1 wrosssst net work service
    I have paid the amount of Rs2300/- towards installation and one month advance payment for beam telecom connection on 8th OCT. Till now they didnt gave connection. Every day i'm calling to customer care,but no use and no response.
    I asked them to give my money back, they are telling it will take 30 days to refund. Dont go Beam Tele, The work cable.

    Dear sir we have applied for beam cable broadband on cell no 9912004733 on 2-nov-2011 with mr.anil area executive of alwal secunderabad for the same the person had promised us to get connection on 5-nov-2011.
    He had collected rs.2300/- for me.and the receipt no is 277611 and had given his contact number's 9666407382 / 9985837080i
    i am calling the person daily but the two numbers are switched off and the connection is still pending.

    I had raised complaint to beam cable customer care on contact no 040-66272727. In reply we are bean intimated the problems will be resolved within 24 hours. Several days we are calling up the same words they are repeating.

    I request to take necessary action since i brought the amount on daily finance interest @ 5%per day. Till the amount is get settled to me the interest they have to pay to me along with the net amount paid.

    Default complaint

    I was a subscriber of Tata telecom but the sales executive of beam telecom gave me many attractive plans of beam telecom, and also gave assurance to get new connection activated in 8 days while takeing the amount. The Beam telecom failed to do so and when I contacted them on phone every day they say it is in progress. I hope the authorities will take a real neccessary action and get it activated. My A/c No is 282627 .

    Default Beam Cable with dumb techicians

    Hi Team,


    I have taken a bean connection of 6 months package having a trust in the beam cable service.
    I have given a complaint yesterday, regarding a jag issue, for which my internet connection is not working.
    Today one of the junior executive name Raghvendra came and he fixed the jag but still i was not getting any internet connection. He called one of his senior member, and after 1 hour another two guys from your office came and tried for more than 30 mins to install the driver.


    Atlast, they told me that the drivers file is missing in the cd and I need to get in touch with the dell manufacturer.
    After they went i tried to insall the drivers and was successfully able to do it in 5 mins of time and I my self only configure the drivers and set up my internet connection, which is working fine now.
    My concern is if your executives tell us frankly that they dont know how to install the drivers, we are fine with it.


    But why that guy fooled me that there is a file missing in the cd, where as I was able to install the drivers with in 5 mins from the same cd after he left.


    Lastly I kindly request you to have a good team, which has not sound but some basic technical knowledge, who can help the customers and not fooled them by saying wrong reasons.

    Default 15 tickets opened and closed for speed issue

    beam telecom has now ignored 15-20 tickets registered by me and closed them all without fixing my speed issue. they charged me 1000/- for 10 Mbps connection and within a month of taking new connection, the speed is down to 2 Mbps. please help.

    i am also facing the same problem from Beam Telecome .

    From July 2009 to November 2011 , i used local network ( Lakshmi Network ) . I cannot face any problems from them . When i moved to beam telecome , i get problems 4 or 5 times on every month . Their customer service is worst and worst .. Bad bad .

    When i call to customer care of beam telecom , they said we raised the ticket , our technical team will contact with in 24 hours . The technical team contact me after 3days or 4 days on every time i raised the ticket.

    After used beam telecom , i decided don't beleave the attraction offers .

    Default Beam tele. Internet poor services

    since 12th May evening up to 14th May morning, my internet services was disconnected for no reason. tkt. No. 5094626
    complaints were given many times but in response just sending messages with good words only, never send any tech. to check the problem.

    very sorry to say that they started with good services but may be loosing the customers for this careless way for attending the problem.
