Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice extremely slow speeds of TATA Photon+.
I've a corporate postpaid connection of TATA Photon+ with Phone No. 9243418846. Initially the speed was fine and sometimes used to come upto 700-800 Kbps.

For around last one month the speed that I'm gettinng is less than 256 Kbps and that too sometimes at non-peak hours. As an example I took two screenshots which can be seen at the following link:

I raised a complaint for this and ppl visited my place but all in vain. They only wanted me to sign on a paper and did not do anything relevant it seemed (It also had a long story).

However, I'm still getting the low speeds and looks like nobody from TATA side is concerned.

Its sad that a network and device capable of providing 3.1 Mbps is not able to provide a speed to qualify itself as broadband.

Please look into the matter and find out a fair solutions.
