    Angry Airtel Broadband

    Hello sir i am Hitesh using Airtel Broadband service from a long time suddenly they had made some changes in their policies without intimating me i am using on of the plan for internet of 2 MBPS speed which they had changed because of policy now a days i am getting only 256 KBPS speed and i had a word with the higher authorities and they are telling me they can't help me out with this i am using the same plan from last 6 to seven months than why sudden change in it please help me with this what should i do i am paying for the services but i am not getting it . I am paying 1299+ taxes for the plan and i am getting the services of 699 plan seems like that if policy was already there then where it was from last 7 months and they applied this policy on my number from last Saturday on 18/12/2010 without any prior intimation to me ..suggest me some resolution for this
