I am using BSNL broadband connection and it gets disconnected frequently. I have logged multiple complaints in BSNL and there seem to be no use. I always get the reply that they are working on it and they close the complaint without informing me. I also changed the modem which was suggested by BSNL customer service member worth Rs.1600.00/- but still no use. I would like to register a complaint against BSNL Bangalore Broadband service, please let me know the details.
