    Default Tata Broadband Wimax Complaint

    Hi,
    I am satish kumar from Hyderabad.I am one of the user of tata indicom broadband wimax.My login id is satishkumar.bh@vsnl.net My internet connection got suspended two months ago i.e., on october 1st from their side on roll back process.There is some Rs.4800/- balance left on my account .They said they will refund my money in 45 days.but already not 45 days 65 days have passed till now i did not get my money back.I am lodging a complaint against tata indicom broadband in hyderabad.

    Default Tata Indicom Broadband not working for past 40 day

    Respected Sir,

    My login id : deepakvarma2407@vsnl.net

    It is to bring to your notice the immense problems that we have been facing in our Tata broadband connection. It was not working on 14th Oct 2011.

    We lodged a complaint and there were umpteen number of calls trying to resolve the problem. Old complaint number started on 14th Oct 2011. Then without information they closed the complaint. This is the 3rd time they are closing the complaint without resolution and our confirmation.

    Today when we called they gave a New Complaint number : given by Harshada : 14146214.

    I am also getting calls mentioning to do my payment for the previous month when there was no connectivity.

    I suggest you to get the problem resolved immediately AND also to waive one months charge completely (inclusive of service tax).
