i had taken the reliance net connect USB a week back and was told that it will be activated withinn 2 days after some verification .Its been more then a week now but the USB is not activated.Whenevr i call them they dont respond properly and are not even willing to tell the status of my USB activation .I had taken connection because it was required on a urgent basis ...now the delay caused in the process is costing me so much.I want to register the complaint against them.the sales man from whom i purchased the USB is name Taukeed and his cell number is 932384358 and reliance number mumbai is 9323235151 and 02232600111 .My USB connection number is 09324052351 and request number is 1473.please help me and consider my plea at the earliest .thanks
