    Default Speed/Connectivity issues with Tata Photon Plus (Postpaid)

    Hello

    I've been a Tata photon plus customer from last 18-19 months, and I've had a few issues, but the service was good otherwise. Now from last one month, I'm almost unable to connect to internet/WWW using my photon plus device. At times the software cannot even find the device that's plugged in, no matter what usb port you use. And at other times, when you're lucky enough to have the device connected, it won't connect to internet, or will connect with either no speed, or at max 10Kbps. I'm sick of this since last one month. I cannot work from home, for what I've bought this device in the first place. I've lodged two complaints with Tata Customer Care, but of no use. Now I'm really irritated. My photon Plus number is 9212610711, and my account number is 904578962.

    The time when Tata Custmer Care Agent visited me, I was not home. And I got no call after that, though I received many calls before (which was to verify if i've lodged a complaint). My cell number is 9650001441, and my email address is utkat@utkat.com

    and now they're asking me to pay the bill for the service I was unable to use.

    had to pay 3500 Rs. for services, which they failed to provide. and they say that they're the best in the business. Loosers, who don't earn the money, but loot it. And today, I called up 9210000121 two times, and customer care executives hung up on me both times. I'm putting up a Tata Photon Plus Hate Club page on my website, and other social websites. Do what you want. Sue me.

    Post Slow speed of tata photon plus and no response to complains

    I call up local office and everyday they says either as
    1. we will come at xyz time = than emergrncy, than will come tomorrow
    2. we checked there is some problem which will correct at xyz time
    3. our engineer is not available
    4. we went but door lock
    5. etc etc

    but apart from taking bills tata seems to forget consumers complains.

    The users are moving on to other networks, very much like me. Almost all of my friends who were using Photon Plus has stopped using it, and those planning to buy it has changed their mind. And it's not only with my friends, It's with whole India. The less new customer you're gaining, the MORE you are LOSING. WAKE UP. And may the money I paid is scammed by some small level employee

    Tata Photon Plus people, you suck. 10 months, and no resolution. I'm still getting mere 5-10KBPS. All these complaints, and nothing done. I hope your company closes down soon enough.

    P.S. I'm not paying any bills. Sue me again. I'm ready with a lawyer.

    I'm also using a Tata internet connection unlimited plan and facing the same issue as others, idiotic speed 20-30kbps. Please let me know if the person monitoring this post can anything other than the below mentioned template, seriously Tata had a management ramp-up wherein your old MD retired and your new MD comes up with cheating policies. Dear Mr. ,,,,,,,, Greetings from Tata Indicom! (For being an idiot that your hired our services which is horrible and we are least bothered other than looting your money) We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. (Apologies can go to hell this is just to showcase other customer how we loot you and apologise) We request you to kindly provide us your Tata Indicom connection details, your e-mail id, or your alternate number, which will assist us in doing the needful. (No matter whatever you provide we will send some stupid low paid executive who will give you some idiotic answers and ask you to escalate further as he doesn't know when this problem will be resolved) We assure you that we are committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction. (Which we don't monitor and don't bother to reply coz our call centre executives are trained to bypass issues from idiots, bcoz we know we provide crappy service to indians and vodafone might face a TRAI fine for providing horrible service but we are a deshi company and our boss always faces the media with his idiotic face and is never fined for providing nasty services.
