This complaint is regarding the ongoing issue which i have been facing more than 3 weeks now. I am a MTNL broadband user and my modem is not working since 20 days now. I filed complaint each and every day but every day i heard new excuse from Call centre guys at 1504. They gave me different numbers to ring each day and i did it but everything was a sheer wastage. I even visited nearby telephone exchange still nothing. Infact, Staff was having kitty party.
The staff of MTNL(call centre executives and local engineers, area manager and many more) everyone was so rude and they are least bothered about these issues. They all have their own set of excuses.
I am mentioning the number of area supervisor: 20596161. I called him 100 times and everytime he bullied around.
Just want to know if something can be done regarding this through you or nobody can regulate these govt companies.
