I recently subscribed to the Rs.1000 p.m. 2MBps broadband plan with free nighttime usage between 8pm-8am and 90ps per MB after that. To my shock and horror, I received a call 3 weeks later from the "customer service" saying that I have exceeded my credit limit of Rs.1000, and I owe Rs.29,000, 75% of which is due immediately!!!
I was so shocked that I was at a loss for words and couldn't respond adequately at that time. I then called them back and asked them for details of date and time of usage, and why they hadn't intimated me about exceeding my credit limit sooner. To date I haven't received a satisfactory response to these questions despite repeated inquiries via phone and email.
Really disgusted with the customer service which is a total joke. Their billing systems are obviously malfunctional, their customer service dysfunctional and apathetic.
Stay as far away from this company as possible unless you are the kind who likes inflicting torture on himself/herself.
