I had bought a Reliance Phone for their Broadband Service on 4th Jan 2005 by paying Rs 3000. The Broadband Service stopped functioning wef Jan 8, 2005. Despite repeated reminders to their Call Centres and personal visits to their East Patel Nagar Office, I took the serivice for a particular purpose but the same did not work for more than 4 days despite their charging me Rs 650 per month for unlimited access to their Broadband. I was made to run around for trying to make the same work after having paid Rs 3000/-.
