I am using TIKONA broadband since March 2010 and since then I am facing a lot of problems with its Customer Care. Earlier, they didnt installed the connection on the promised time and on many promised times. Later, they started sending me bill reflecting Rs.25 as LATE PAYMENT FEE wherein all my payments are well within the Due Date of the bill payment.
Customer Care and Billing Department just reply to pay the bill and never take necessary action to correct the problem. Nodal Officer of Tikona in Delhi was emailed about this issue and he replied to pay the bill deducting the amount of Late Payment Fee. The next bill again reflected the Late Payment Charge including the amount which was deducted in the last bill. Appellate Authority of Tikona was then contacted through email and was apprised of the problem and till date the same has not been rectified.
To the height of its non-sense this month they suspended my connection on 12th November 2010 whereas my Due Date was 13th November 2010.
I have all the copies of emails sent to both Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority of TIKONA.
I request you to kindly take action against TIKONA for sending wrong bills and non-compliance of promises and complaints on time.
