Frequent failure of Internet Link Poor Customer Care No Followup Bad quality of USB Modem We suffered major losses due to failure of internet services. We had to spend lot of time in lodging complaints We want to return the connection and their hardware, Our customer had sent us a valuable order via email, and sought some clarifications. It took us longer to check our mailbox and revert back to our customer with answer to their queries. And we lost 2 valuable orders due to this.
