Dear Sir,

me send many mail & call sify officer but no response plz help me

Im writing this mail our of shear frustation & expecting a revert /action against the people involved & am a very dissatisfied Franchisse of Sify Cyber Cafe.

1.I signed up for Sify Cyber Cafe ( ID-iwfr_121102A) on 09.02.09 & was told that the launching date of the Cyber Cafe would be 27.02.09 i.e.18 Days but the actual time taken for opening was 66 days on 17.04.09.

2.At the time of finalization of deal Mr Rohit sethi (Coordinator for Sales) told me that I will get 45 Plus services but till now I am having only 10 services.

3.Mr Rohit sethi told me that the the benefit margin would be 70 % Myself & 30 % sify but they never told me that I will have to pay 30 paise each time a customer logs in which is directly loss to us.

4.I was told that I will get all the programs of Microsoft Corporation but till now there is no services activated of Microsoft.

5.I was tild that We will get online games but no games are available till now.

6.My registration to IRCTC registation is also showing wrong name.

7.At the time of launching I was told 7-8 people will come for promotionincluding a manager but only two people came with 1000 pamphlets,no banner ,no canopy & nothing on enquiring why 2 people came they behaved very rudely.

8.Since My Cafe is new I have logged a request for reduction of charges from 25 Rs to 15 Rs on 1.04.09 but it took 7 days for this charge reduction also.

9.My ISD machine was faulty & I gave it for repalcement but till now there has been no action taken.

10.In addtion to al the above my browser speed is very slow the download rate is 20-22 Kb/Sec,there is no AntiVirus update on my PC which is now virus affected,by Cyber Cafe has been named Singla Computer Point instead of Singla Cyber Point.,My IRCTC agent name has been changed to Ajit Singla instead of Amit Singla.


For all the above issues I have talked with 5 different persons wide Case ID's 8429971,8429944,8429923,8429909,8429482 & 8424032.
I also contacted lot of person in sify but no response from all like
