Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that, in the year of 2010 month of July there were some technical problem from your side which caused out of order my Land line with Broadband connection for a long period of six month. I had complained as usual in 198. But there was no response. Then I complained to the authority in black & white for rebate in bill. But result was the same, no response. After long conversation authority gave me a rebate, which was not satisfactory as I deserve.
Not only this, even when I had prayed for the rebate, authority disconnected the line (with broadband) for the period of July'11 to till date showing the cause of non payment of bill without responding my prayer.
So, sir I kindly request you to justify the matter of earlier and also for the period of Jully 11 to till date rebate and oblige me there by.
