    Default Airtel - decides Scheme on behalf of subscriber - Cheating/Poor Customer Service



    I have taken broadband connection along with landline from Airtel. I received call from Airtel Call centre for talktime scheme based on my 3 months bills. They offered Rs. 500 scheme, i.e if i pay Rs. 500/month i will get talk time for Rs. 1000/- I subscribed for that scheme. When 1st bill came, Airtel charged Rs. 500 + Rs. 1,000 = Rs. 1,500.
    Since then i am calling thier Contact Centre to waive-off Rs. 1000/- , it is almost 3 months now, there is no response/action on it. But whenever i am missing any payment due i get 'n' number of calls as followup for payment.

    In this month bill they have changed the scheme from Rs. 500 to Rs. 300/month , in which they will give Rs. 500 talk time - this is without my confirmation.

    Kindly advise whom to approach.
