i applied for a fixed line broadband internet connection on 13th october.2010 from Reliance broadband services.The company executives charged me the installation money of 200 INR , and later on confirmed my plan and details through the phone.
But after 8 days they refused to provide any internet connection saying that my location is out of the companys network.Even then and after that they didnt give any response.i have to regularly call the company and they assure me a refund but no response to me has ever been made by the company.
Also i discontinued my previous internet connection.Later i had to apply again for it.Hence reliance broadband affected my online work for long.Even now i havnt had any response from the company.The companys toll free number gave a local number which resulted to no solution.Many times calls are not picked at the companys office,or by the companys employees.Even some respond rudely to the customers while others blame other authorities of the company.I am complainin because such a behaviour is not expected from such a big company and this type of behaviour and services cannot be tolerated.
