I've a youtele com broadband connection.
On 14th feb I've requested for the plan change to the unlimited utilization (CaseID:2009021420287 i.e Plan of Rs 450 and they have confirmed me it will get renewed in your next billing cycle and that will start on 16th feb09. But by mistake they have changed my plan to something else which is high speed plan and of limited utilization.
They have not changed my plan from last two months they have provided me the wrong bills which I've paid and the amount is more than thrice of what I've subscribed.
Again on 15th april I've logged a complaint (Case ID:2009041300238) for the correction and reversal of my ammount but there is no reponse. From last 10 days I am following them but they have not doing anything on that part but they are regularly calling me for the payment.
Now they have disconnected my Internet and it is not working from last three days.
I am calling them but the response is always "It is in process and We will revert you and give you a call back". But they never call back me.
They have mentioned on their website that if customer support is not helping you, you can conatct your nodal officer, When I called at that number I found that person is no more with Youtelecom and when I called customer care they are telling me they dont have any information who is the nodal officer of Gurgaon location.
Somwhow I am able to find out Manish is nodal officer, I called him today at his Landline but he was not available.
Requesting you log a case and help me out as My internet is not working and Also they have to revert the amount which I have paid.
