    Default Youtelecom Complaint

    Hi,

    I've a youtele com broadband connection.
    On 14th feb I've requested for the plan change to the unlimited utilization (CaseID:2009021420287 i.e Plan of Rs 450 and they have confirmed me it will get renewed in your next billing cycle and that will start on 16th feb09. But by mistake they have changed my plan to something else which is high speed plan and of limited utilization.

    They have not changed my plan from last two months they have provided me the wrong bills which I've paid and the amount is more than thrice of what I've subscribed.

    Again on 15th april I've logged a complaint (Case ID:2009041300238) for the correction and reversal of my ammount but there is no reponse. From last 10 days I am following them but they have not doing anything on that part but they are regularly calling me for the payment.

    Now they have disconnected my Internet and it is not working from last three days.

    I am calling them but the response is always "It is in process and We will revert you and give you a call back". But they never call back me.

    They have mentioned on their website that if customer support is not helping you, you can conatct your nodal officer, When I called at that number I found that person is no more with Youtelecom and when I called customer care they are telling me they dont have any information who is the nodal officer of Gurgaon location.

    Somwhow I am able to find out Manish is nodal officer, I called him today at his Landline but he was not available.

    Requesting you log a case and help me out as My internet is not working and Also they have to revert the amount which I have paid.

    Hello,

    If the Nodal Office of the parent company is nit giving you proper response, then do one thing send a written notice to the nodal office via registered post mention all the details and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time, if still face any problem then contact us again.

    I am able to contact the nodal officer Mr. Manish, he have checked the case and told me he will be able to change the bill plan only in the current month.

    They are not ready to revert my amount which I have wrongly paid to them and still my internet is not working and my work is suffering because of that.

    I asked them to give me the number of any higher authority, but still I've not recieved any response.

    As we mentioned above, kindly send a written notice via registered post to the nodal officer, this will support your case if you need to knock the consumer court.

    Default Low internet speed against plan offered speed - lathergic attitude of youteom staff

    ON SEEING A PAMPHLET, DISTRIBUTED TO MY HOUSE (HYDERABAD, AP), THAT "YOU TELECOM" IS OFFERING A PLAN "UN 450 UNLIMITED" WITH A "SPEED OF 192 kbps" FOR RS.495/- PER MONTH, I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE SAME DULY CANCELLING MY EXISTING AIR TEL CONNECTION. I HAVE ALSO MADE ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR 3 MONTHS SINCE THEY HAVE INSISTED UPON THE SAME AND TAKEN A MODEM FOR RS.500/- THEY TOOK 21 DAYS FOR CONNECTING THE NET TO MY HOUSE AND THAT TOO AFTER MAKING REPEATED PHONE CALLS BY ME TO THEIR OFFICER AT " BEGUM PET, HYDERABAD, AP" FOR 20 DAYS. THE CONNECTION WAS GIVEN TO MY HOUSE ON 11.01.2010.

    FROM THAT DAY ONWARDS I WAS MAKING PHONE CALLS TO THEIR OFFICE ON ONE COMPLAINT OR OTHER. THE YOU TELECOM OFFICE PEOPLE/TECHNICAL TEAM AT HYDERABAD, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, IS A WORST TEAM I HAD EVER SEEN. THEY WILL HEAR MY COMPLAINT MADE OVER PHONE AND KEEP QUITE. AT TIMES AFTER SEEING MY MOBILE NUMBER THEY ARE NOT LIFTING THE PHONE. THEY NEITHER TRY TO SET RIGHT THE PROBLEM NOR GIVE FEED BACK ABOUT THAT ISSUE TO ME.

    AS AGAINST "192 kbps OFFERED SPEED" I AM GETTING A SPEED RANGING "61 TO 75 kbps" IN THE AFTER NOON PERIOD. IN THE MORNING HOURS ALSO I AM GETTING ONLY SPEED UPTO 150 kbps. THIS WAS SEVERAL TIMES BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE YOU TELECOM HEAD OFFICE PEOPLE AT HYDERABAD. BUT AS USUAL THEY ARE KEEPING QUITE AND NOT RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM NOR INFORMING AS TO WHY THEY ARE UNABLE TO RECTIFYING THE TROUBLE. I AM CONTRACTING THEM VERY FREQUENTLY OVER PHONE WASTING MY MONEY, BUT NONE OF THEIR OFFICE/TECHNICAL PEOPLE AT HYDERABAD CARES TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM OR GIVING INFORMATION TO ME ABOUT THE ISSUE AS SAID ABOVE.

    I AM REPENTING FOR TAKING YOU TELECOM CONNECTION.

    I REQUEST THE YOU TELECOM PEOPLE AT GUJARAT, AFTER SEEING THIS COMPLAINT, INVESTIGATE ABOUT THE WORKING CULTURE OF THEIR STAFF AT HYDERABAD (AP) AND CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT OF YOU TELECOM. LET THEIR OFFICE BE EMPLOYED WITH DYNAMIC AND CARE TAKING PERSONS, OTHERWISE, I EXPECT THATM THEIR BUSINESS IN HYDERABAD, AP WOULD BE LIMITED FOR 1 TO 2 MONTHS IN EVERY CUSTOMER'S HOUSE WHO HAD UNFORTUNATELY OPTED FOR YOU TELECOM CONNECTION.

    Default Technical Person Guru use absuive language and cut the call without solving the issue

    i have taken the serive in the month of Jan 1st Week from Mr. Bhaskar (9966921524). Account No. 535041

    Before taking the service from Bhaskar, i have told him that i need your customer service on weekend (Sat or Sun) or after 7:30pm on weekdays (since my office starts after 7:30pm) and i got a positive response from him that they will provide me whenever needed.


    Last Saturday, i was told by the customer care that not more than two system will be installed with internet, and was suggested to get wi5 to connect more than two system. I got the wi5 on urgent basis and tried to config it, but it gave me some problem. I called up the customer care and spoke to one supervisor for one hour but it was not solved. The team said that since it was sunday so they cant send me technical person. On monday, one technical person srinivas (9703801880) came and called me, and i told him to pls come after 7:30. Today i reached office and called him to pls come to office and please check the issue. After a small discussion one technical person Guru (9966921572) agreed to come. This we discussed around 7:45 - 8:00pm and he agreed that he will reach here in 15mins. Now time is 9:15 and i am still waiing for him.

    I called up customer care again after a day to find out about the case which i filled, and they said that it is solved. I told him that i am still waiting for the technician and how come it is solved. The reply was that, the technical person dont take care of wi5 issue and so it is solved.

    I am facing the issue with customer care since few days and i dont know what should i do.
    I am planning to change my connection (but i think that is not the solution), so request you to kindly check this and solve it.

    Thumbs down problem of continuous connectivity

    i have you telcom connection since one year ,in starting momnths .it is working ok ,but since jan-11
    i m facing problem of no continuous connectivity .so when i open email a/c oo any site ,then in the middle of open a/c ,connectivity is lost.i have to wait till getting connectivity.
    i m using the net in home .so i m getting time in the morning time or evening time & at that time i m not getting continuous connectivity.
    whenever i m calling on mob ,computor voice heard,i went to you office on 23-4-11 to meet nodal officerfor complaint he was also not present in the office,even on fone they are not meeting ,where to complin tell me ,
    pl do need ful in favour of me. pl advise me that i continue with you telecom or choose other internet provider.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using you telecom broadband service at my office.
    I am paying annually 16000 rs to the you telecom service for my plan.
    I am not able to access my internet connectivity from last three days and i have given complaint for the same on Monday morning it self.
    three days left but no solution has given to me so far and no serious attention has been given to my complaint.
    As i mentioned its office connection i am really facing trouble with my business without internet and work has almost pending from last three days.
    And due to no connectivity of internet from last three days at my office i am facing lots of work lose and losing many of my orders.
    And even i am not getting the proper answer from you telecom all of them are just passing their responsibility no one is providing genuine reason.
