    Subject: Complaint against Airtel customer care executives regarding mentally, physically and economical harassment due to delay in deactivation of Airtel broadband Telephone Number 01724416867_dsl; Account number 15600363.
    Dear sir/madam,
    As per subject cited above my details are as follows:

    • MY MOBILE NUMBER: 8054064186
    Sir, I had applied for the deactivation/cancellation of my airtel telephone number on 22/06/2010 by calling to airtel customer care executive and they gave me the complaint number 110449 and told me that my monthly rental plans has been stopped and within 7 days my number will be deactivated. And before applying to cancellation I had paid my all bills till june 2010. Then on 06/07/2010, I went to Bharti Airtel Limited office at IT Park Chandigarh to deposit the telephone instrument, modem and ISDN (receipt enclosed) and there again I asked to one of the airtel customer care executive to check whether my number is deactivated or not, then they said me that my monthly rental plans has been stopped and within 15 days my number will be deactivated.
    After assuring me that very soon my number will be deactivated, they sent me bill for the month of july 2010.
    Then again I called to airtel customer care executive on 28/08/2010 and I asked them why I am getting bill when I had already applied for deactivation of my number, then they said that very soon it will be deactivated and they gave me complaint number 36978754.
    After this again they sent me bill for the month of august 2010. Again I called to airtel customer care executive on 20/09/2010, this time also they repeated the same thing that monthly rental plans has been stopped and very soon number will be deactivated and gave me complaint number 37825442.
    After this I went to Bharti Airtel limited office at IT Park Chandigarh on 23/09/2010. I asked them why they are not deactivating my number and why sending me bills each month. They told me that my June month bill was not paid so the number was not deactivated and as soon as i will pay the June bill my number will be deactivated. So I asked them how much I have to pay for the month of June. They told me an amount of 557 rupees to be paid as june bill. I paid this amount 557 rupees (receipt enclosed dated 23/09/2010) at that time only. Then airtel customer care executives assured me that now the number is deactivated and no bills will be sent henceforth.
    And this also was not enough sir, again they sent me bill for the month of September 2010. When I called airtel customer care executive they repeated the same thing that very soon number will be deactivated and each time they give me new complaint number.
    In addition to this so many calls are coming daily from airtel company regarding payment of bills. And when I say them that I had already applied for deactivation of my number then they give me new complaint numbers each time but never gave any satisfactory response and sir they are sending bills to me each month.
    During all the above mentioned process for deactivation/cancellation of my airtel telephone number I suffered a lot of physical, mental and economical harassment and even not satisfied with the airtel services for too much delay.
    In addition to the above mentioned process, I even sent complaints to the airtel circle officer newdelhi, airtel nodal officer- Punjab, airtel appellate authority-Punjab dated 19/10/2010 regarding the same, after that I received call from airtel nodal office and they said that very shortly they will deactivate the number and they will not charge me for the bills they have sent to me from july 2010 and they will sent NO CREDIT DUE RECEIPT TO ME. But after this also daily calls are coming from Airtel Company to me and they are talking rubbisly to me and not giving satisfactory information regarding deactivation of my number.
    So, sir, my request to you is to kindly look into this matter that why my number is not deactivated and why the airtel company is sending bills to me each month and why the airtel company is harassing me mentally,physically and economically by sending monthly bills to me.

    Default Automatic sucscription of various services

    Dear sir,
    i am a loyal customer of airtel since 2005 but recently airtel is activating various services automatically & when i called customer care executive they said that you had started. Recently airtel has charged me twice a week for airtel mobile tv & i didn't even subscribed for once. My no. Is 9987918606

    ur employee not gave me right information ..and also not solve out my problems..about recharge..
    actually i have recharge my SMS pack Rs85 at 11 Am but its is not active..
    when i am Sms any body my main balance deduct Rs1/sms ....
    kindly solve out my problems......

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    With due regards it is inform to you that i was using an airtel number 9760023181. at the time of use there was a dispute regarding my bill amount. Mr. Nitin Sharma ( Retation Head) commited to me that he will give me discount ( which GPRS i did not used) in my next bill. but after my many request he did not provide the discount and i have leave the connection.
    Now since few days i am getting many calls from the number 8826354684 by voice of a girl who introduced her self as NEHA. i also request to her that she arrange to give me discount and take balance payment but she said to me "we will not give any discount and you will have to give complete bill amount. then i again request to her but she again said that " you dont know What can i do" and disconnect the call.
    Now what she is doing !
    She has taken my dial number details and calling to the person and saying that " I gave him nuber to her and i said that he ( dial number person ) will give the payment and from that number i am getting many calls which is not a good way to collect the payment. you can check dial detail of the number 8826354684. she has dial following number.

    Now in this situation i am in very much tension and i faced 2-3 times near to accident at driving time. if i got any casualty on the time of driving or like heart attack it will be like a murder because of she has given me a lot of tension. And She NEHA or other name ( who called me from the number 8826354684). and Bharti telecom ltd ( Airtel) shall be responsible for my death.

    Hi,


    Today i make a call to customer care, they disconnect the call for 2 times. the agents and floor supervisors are not giving correct information what the customer is asking.




    regarding offers you are not release any best offers to the customers. the customers are not satisfying with your offers.


    and the message offers are to worst. please release good offers for messages and out going offers.


    help to customers. if you are not help to customers where they will go to solve their problems.


    release the offers that customers are benefit for that offer. you are release the offers that the company is benefits a lot with the customer. the customers are loosing the amount you people are enjoying.

    i m ritesh khullar my no is 956 0068705 . i want to complaint against ur enployee mr sanjay kumar ,he is work in airtel money department ,today i call him for sum airtel money relates enquiries but he talk very rudely , i want to pay ur attention to this enployee coz i m using airtel for many years .this is first time any of ur customer care employee so pay attention toward it and warn mr sanjay nd give him penalty ........................he dont know to talk wid customers////
