I am airtel broadband user since august 2011 . My airtel fixed line number is : 0124- 4066011 . First of all before i commence my complaint i want to know what is your TAT (turn around time) of processing the request . i am using 4 MBPS plan having 30 GB of download limit that cost around 1550 rs per month. i made a complaint No: 11027486 on 31 Jan 2011 . The Internet connection is working very very poor . The broadband wireless router provided by airtel (beetel black color) is almost giving no signal in rooms and i was assured with warranty (during installation of modem) that modem would give signal in all the floors of the home but the point i is not giving any signal in just near the room .
The connection breaks too frequently and in one hour i get only 15 minutes of useful surfing time and rest of the time connection remains disrupted. I am facing huge loss due to it.
On filling the complaint i was assured that next day a guy would come to fix this problem at 7 clock . i waited for him but the guy didn't show up
i contacted back and i was told the same that next day a guy would come to fix this problem at 7 clock and result was same . i am suffering due to it.
so, i am paying for the service which i am not able to utilize it and i am in a lot of tension due to it . so i want compensation for it
