Atrotious and sick are synonims to Beam cable's BB servies. I am highly dissapointed with the sad service provided by beam. I am an existing customer for beam and have requested for a WiFi modem on 9th October and i am still waiting for it. The reps have taken the money saying that they would come and install it in 2 days and the it has been a never ending saga of contineous follow up calls and experiences of the sadest customer service i have ever faced. I have been quite vocal about it to a lot of ppl and will not miss any oppertunity to defame the company and its claim of great service.

I am also planning to lodge an official complaint with consumer court on the same.

i have applied for beam broad band on 10-11-2011. they asked me to pay 1100 as installment charges and assured me to connection in 48 hrs but 10 days have passed and there is no response from the beam. i am staying in uppal. when asked to refund the money they are saying it is impossible.i am planning to file a complaint in the consumer court.
