I would like to bring to your notice that I had taken a Broadband
connection with Excell Media Broadband, Vijayawada (branch in Tenali) two months ago. They had an offer 512KBPS for RS 500 (for a single user). For initial 10 days I got the 512 KBPS speed later I use to get less than 200 KBPS speed. Several times I made complaints to Excell Media customer/Technical support and they are saying that they are sending 512 KBPS speed to my assigned IP. I have also showed the proof on the speed when they come to my home, but they are not agreeing that I am getting less than 200 KBPS speed. I have also noticed that my internet is distributed to several users.
(please see attached). However, They also charged me RS 1500 installation fee.

I would request you to take appropriate action as needed.
