    Default complaint aginst tata photon plus

    This is to inform you that my name is anoop kumar pandey & I purchased a new tata photon plus connection from the authorized tata indicom customer care centre preet vihar on 8/oct/2010 & at the time of purchase, executive of tata photon promised me that I will get the average downloading speed of 500kbps & if any technical issue persist then only I will get minimum speed of 512 kbps otherwise the speed of tata photon is just like a jet plane speed.

    But after purchasing tata photon I came to know the reality of photon plus it provide me average downloading speed of 10-15 kbps even on the time of browsing it took 2-3 min to open the home page of google , I am using time based plan in which I am able to use 7200 min in one month but if it took 2-3 min to open only home page of google that mean I am just wasting my time as well as money.

    After purchasing of tata photon plus I am felling only cheated because they are claiming speed of 3.1 mbps on the time of selling a photon and providing me the speed less than a dial up connection, if I have to use this type of speed then why will I use tata photon even aircel is providing unlimited downloading slow speed connection in very less price compare to tata photon.

    On 8/oct/2010 when I used tata photon first time the condition of browsing and downloading was pathetic so I called the customer care of photon about this issue and they replied that my no is not active that’s why I am getting slow speed with in 24 hrs when my no get registered then the speed of the photon will increase automatically but after 24 hrs the condition of browsing and downloading speed remains same and once again I called to customer care and convey them about the problem which I am facing this time customer care executive assured me that my issue will be solved till 11/oct/2010 and engineer of photon plus will visit in my home to solve my issue and they provided me the complaint no :- 239245987 and after disconnecting my call with customer care I received a message from photon plus customer care that “THE SR 198 – type trouble ticket has been raised on 9278736390 . your reference no is 239245987. we’ll resolve your request by 11-oct-10” this message is still in my mobile.

    I waited till 11/oct/2010 that photon peoples are going to solve my problem as I had strong believe in Tata Company because since from childhood I listen a slogan “ bharose ka doosra naam tata” but on 10/oct/2010 no one came to solve my problem and when I called customer care of tata photon plus they informed me that they extended my date for 2 day and till 13/oct/2010 my problem will be solved and this time engineer is definitely going to visit my home and solve my issue . I felt surprised because I waited 2 whole day for tata peoples and they extended time without conveying me, this time my complaint remain same 239245987.

    On 12/oct/2010 at near about 7 pm in evening a call from tata photon was received by me from no:-011726601101 and this time tata photon executive informed me that we want some more time to solve your issue and this time they again extended my date till 20/nov/2010 , this time the extended time was too far near about one and half month which was not possible for me to bear a problem for one and half month and paying full payment for that , so I decided to quit my photon no and same executive assured me that if I want to quit my number then I have to return my data card to same dealer from where I purchased my photon connection and they will reimbursed my full amount.



    After disconnecting of call from no:- 011726601101 for assurance of all the issue and to known the procedure of surrendering photon connection and to get amount back I called customer care and this time customer care transferred my call to his senior Mr. hari after having a long conversation with Mr. hari he assured me that as complaint is got registered with in 24 hrs of purchasing of photon plus so company will reimburse my full amount and but I have to surrender my photon usb data card and all property of photon at 24/1 main mandir marg Krishna Nagar, Delhi . on next day 13/oct/2010 I took leave from office specially to finally solve my issue and get my amount back , and I reached at 24/1 main mandir marg Krishna Nagar, Delhi at 11’o clock in morning and query about to surrender my photon and get my amount back but tata executive which was available on that counter informed me that I am able to just surrender my photon connection and they will never return my amount back, now this is the limit of frustration because if I have to surrender my photon connection only then I am able to surrender at also vikas marg without taking leave from my office , on that time I got hyper and this time again I called to customer care and again customer care executive transferred my call to their senior neeraj and neerj was just saying sorry for wrong information which was provided to me now it was just a limit for me and i again ask to register a complaint for :-

    1. wrong commitment of deadline of solving a problem
    2. again and again increasing of deadline by photon
    3. misguiding information by all executives of photon executives including customer care
    4. promised to return amount but never return the amount
    5. promised speed of 3.1 mbps at the time of purchase and providing speed less than a dial up connection
    6. only providing complaint no not going to solve them

    and this time they provided me the complaint no:-239610299

    I want my money back

    I want my money back

    Now I am thinking that Tata grow his organization by just sucking blood and brain of their customers

    same condition is here they sell their product by saying speed of 3.1 mbps and in reality they are providing very slow speed near about 25-30 kbps downloading speed

    tata photon executive visit on my home after this complant on 19/oct and assure me that my issue
    will be solve in 3-4 working days

    ok lets wait and watch for more 3-4 day

    but now condition of speed after visit is better

    Downloading speed is not satisfactory inspite of our repeated complaints no action has been taken by ur representatives .kindly look into the issue urgently or we are compell to dissconnect our device connection.

    Default Tata Photon Plus: wrong plan activated

    Hi,
    I got Tata photon plus 3 days back on 27th Oct'10. It got activated on 29th Oct'10.
    I opted for Rs.1100, 10 GB unlimited plan, but when service was activated it shows plan of Rs.950, 5GB.
    I went to Tata Photon custumer care center (FC road, PUNE) on 30th Oct'10 and they say they CAN NOT change plan for current month. I will have to wait for next month. I requested this on the 2nd day of my activation still they cant do it. This is ridiculous.
    And more over the customer care center guys(FC road, PUNE) are not ready to accept that i requested for 10 gb plan. They were rude and were trying to show like it is my fault.

    They say my documents are still not scanned and not updated on the system, so I can't even see my form filled for 10 gb plan.

    So I had very bad experience with their customer care PUNE branch. I did not expect this. Totaly disappointed.

    i bought the 950 5gb data speed of upto 3.1mbps connection and when i download i get only 10-15 kb/sec not more than that but the site opens good i called abt 20 times to customer care and they r like they dont care they tell me to clear history n cookies i mean r u kidding me they think they r pro u think cookies has anything to do with internet speed ..hell still i heard them and cleared all shit they told me and nothing happened pls take legal action against them...upto 3.1mbps means u should get abt 1.5-2 mbps speed atleast hell i m not getting more than 100 kbps its better i withdraw with them and stick back to airtel because whatever airtels commits they r always right on it but tata is just fooling ppl with their plans my email add is - tazpimp@yahoo.com n tata photon number is - 9212623034

    Hi ,
    My name is Anand staying near dange chowk(thergaon) in pune i had taken tataken tata photon plus 2 month back but facing connectitvity problem from the day one itself.
    I had called customer care earlier they told me that the issue is there on server and it would be resolved in 15 days and after 15 days when again called the customer care it was surprise to hear from the him that there is problem in connectivity in tata photon throughout pune and it would take 1 month ie by 15 dec 2010 the issue will be resolved.

    This is very poor service from such a branded company like tata it has realy pethatic to get such response.

    Dear Sir,
    I have recently availed the tata photon plus with laptop bag promised. The sales person told me to get my bag within couple of days after taking the connection. and now it has been weeks and sales person seems to ran away. he's not picking up my phone.
    I have been said to get the speed upto 3 Mbps and unfortunately i don't get more than 5-10 kbps. I tried all the day and night and the download speed is pathetic.
