    Post Issue for Tata photon plus using



    Dear Customer care,

    My photon AC number is: 907954160.

    I purchased a Tata photon connection in velacherry tata docomo store. I had taken an Rs.500 plan with 1800 free minutes plan. i have used for totally 8 months and i have paid rental for every month with out any delay. then i shifted to rathinamangalm village near vandaloor due to my new job where hardly find signal as i couldnt browse that the same problem told to customer care to disconnect my account. they didnt take any prompt action regarding this but they have summoned for unpayment for last bill even though i did not utilize the service.

    Please have a look on this issue and take necessary action.

    Angry Bill Complaint against Tata Photon Plus

    My name is Dr. Kumar Sambhav. I asked for disconnection of my tata photon on 12 May 2012. I stopped using the devise on the same day itself. I received my bill dted 19/05/12 of Rs. 919, which i submitted in full. But i got a new bill Dated 19/06/2012 for Rs. 286. I dont understand, why a new bill has been generated when i had applied for the disconnection well before starting new bill cycle. Kindly cancel the new bill.

    Kindly be informed that as per our records we found that device has been disconnected on 2-Jun-2012 and kindly be informed that the bill has been charged as per your rental and with pro rata basis with all TSP discounts

    Below is the mail in which i requested the consumer care to disconnect the connection uegently. (Mail Dated 12 May 2012). Then why it took twenty days for disconnection when i had applied for diconnection urgently.

    Angry Tata Photon plus very low signal and downloading speed in Ravet-Pune

    I'm Abhishek Bave from Ravet Pune,I am a B.sc Computer student and need frequent Internet usage...I have been using my sisters Tata Photon since last 2 years and used the old Tata dialer befoe..We used to live in Akurdi area where we were gettin a good amout of signal...but since we shifted to Ravet..the range has dropped to 40% signal and download speed to 2-4 kbps.....We have been a customer of Tata photon from so long and have used the Unlimited plan....We want the signal range increased or want the full refund price of our Modem.Our photon no. is 9225607721. As we r getting full range on Reliance Netconnect.

    I recently bought tata photon plus EC 156. But there is no activation code in the kit. I am in urgent need of internet for business purposes. Kindly help with the same as soon as possible.

    Default Cheating and harassment by Tata Docomo

    Hi,

    My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman, Hyderabad. I am facing the same issue with Tata Docomo when I bought the Tata Photon+ Ec156 dongle. As it is not working on my tablet for which I have purchased and was told that this issue would be resolved by Aug. 6 by means of refunding the money as the dongle I was told can be returned within 10days (purchased on July 29, 2012), the Tata Docomo people come back (Mr. Santhosh) to me stating that they cannot resolve the issue as they say that the dealer who sold the dongle (Tech Profuse Pvt Ltd) is not ready to pay back the money. The technical team is so bad that instead of trying to resolve (they never know how to resolve or configure the tablet), they are blaming that the tablet could be having some problem. The dongle works when I used Reliance dongle and also I get connected on Wi-Fi and why not Tata Photon+ Dongle. It is so astonishing that Tata organization can stoop to this level of cheating its customers and still think that they are doing a great favor to its customers and society. Shame that I went with Tata product. I sincerely want everyone who goes this email to restrain themselves to buy any Tata Product as they are one of the cheapest and low level people and their intention is to become rich by cheating people and I feel that this is how the entire group has become big and that is by cheating customers/people like us. What a shame to have bought this product is what I feel now?
