    my tata photon + has become too slow and its really frustrating. this is too sad that u cant give us the speed that u've promised . i kindly request you to see to it that my network is fast enough so that i dont have any complaint in future.

    i have purchased tata photon June 2011, company promise me to give Voucher of Rs. 600/- but.. still not receive after 6 months..
    and
    The employee(Deepak-918401051680 ) of company have Take Rs 2500/- from me saying you will get 6months more free unlimited.. and taken require sign..
    still no bill i recevied..

    Dear Sir

    Am using Tata Photon Plus since 2 Month. Last week i lost my Data card in Gujarat, At the time i call your toll free no. for closed the connection. I am surprised to know the detail recorded for verification. Inspite of my actual date of birth some fake date entered. you can check same from ID proof. After lot of headache am sucessed to clsoed the connection. Then i came back punjab and purchase duplicate data card hub from Gill Road, Near Baba Vishkarma Chowk, The executive from your side gave the hub and assured me (as my request to urgently need the connection) its generated by evening. still am sufering with same condition and not able to use my data card. As discussed customer care till my connection not activate. Customer care advised me to talk with dealer from you purchase same, but dealer not give +ve response. It is vast expereince for using Tata and hope anyone more not suffering like me. Please look into the matter to make customer faith.

    Lightbulb i havent goy the activation call yet

    dear tata photon +

    i had purchased a data card on the 1st of may 2012 and was told that i would get a call within 72 hrs from the company confirnming my detalis and activating the service properly but today is 5th and i havent received the call yet.....i did get your msgs on the mobile no but no call ...kindly call me on this no ---- 0832-2772808

    and the 100mb that comes free with the data card is outrageously slow !!!! i hope that the main service wont be so ....

    my photon + no is 9225327991 and my contact no is 0832-2772808( landline ) ...please contact me as soon as possible ....

    I want my tata photon + service to be deactivated immediately and have sent multiple mails to customer.care@tatatel.co.in for this, but no acknowledgement received and the service is not yet stopped.

    mere paas 2 years tak tata data travelller card tha
    maine use 2011 mein upgrade krwaya photon mein
    unke CCE ne mujhe product ye kah kar becha ke mere koi paise nahi lagenge plan wahi rahega .. 2gb tak speed hi rahegi n fir slow ho jaegi traveller card jaise
    plan 750 wala hi rahega
    maine bahut baar poochha ke mujhe abhi bta do ke koi hidden charges to nahi hai... har baar kahta ke nahi koi charges nahi lagenge.
    mere paas feb mein bill aya maine 6march ko pay kar diye 1900 rupees
    mujhe laga ke 2 months ka bill hai
    20 march ko unhone mujhe fir bill bheja 2290 rupees ka
    maine poochha kis cheez ka hai kahte aapne use kiya hai.. maine kaha ke main aapke paas complaint karne aayi hu ke mere area mein card chal hi nahi rha to bill kaise aa gya...
    kahte ke aapne limit cross ki hai.. usage ki
    maine kaha ke ye to aapne mujhe unlimited plan diya tha na...
    CSR mujhe kahta ke 50piasa per mb tha
    maine kaha par tumne to mujhe btaya nahi
    saaf mukar gya ke maine bataya tha
    maine kaha ke aapne mujhe bill bhi nahi send kiya
    fir 1 month ke baad mujhe 4434 rupees ka bill bhej diya.
    maine kaha ke main use hi nahi kar rahi tum bill kaise bna rahe ho
    kahte mam aap use kar rahe ho
    maine kaha card nahi chal rha main kaha se use kar rahi hu
    kahte ke aapke againse court mein jayege
    maine kaha ke tum kya main karungi.
    fir mujhe call karke kahte ke 3000 rupees de do bill maaf kar denge
    maine kaha ke pahle to tumne mujhe jhooth bol kar fasaya ab paise maang rahe ho
    fir kahte ke 2300 de do
    fir kahte ke 1800 rupees de do
    maine kaha ke sabzi ya samaan bech rahe ho kaya
    tum mujhe kuchh bhi dete jaoge or main karti jau
    aaj 1 saal ke baad unhone mujhe court ka summon bhej diya

    Default Poor services and harrasment to bonafied citizens

    Dear Sir/ Madam.

    Very Good Afternoon.

    This mail is in response to Telephonic call from your legal cell Mobile No. +91-84590-64318 at 13.05 hrs. and numerous previous threatening calls from Delhi office.

    As per this mail Tataindicom number 9216414046 was closed on 07-JAN-12.

    Even after your office probably issued some bills and now your office is demanding payment.

    Now, I request you kindly track your several past mails since September 10, 2011 for non-functioning of your connection at Rampur Road, Doraha-141421.

    Only your Engineer advised to join some other service provider as it is not possible for them to improve signal from 0-10%. The same may be verified from your Technical record.

    In spite of BIG ZERO services, I continuously paid all bills as is evident from attached mails.

    Now, in spite of such a flawless payment record, I have been continuously harassed and threatened by your Delhi office, your lawyer at Tis Hazari court and today by Legal cell as mentioned above for non-payment of bills , which is against norms of any civilized company.

    Instead of offering compensation for ZERO SERVICES for which payment has been collected on assurances, simply has come out to show its true face by harassing Senior Citizens.

    In view, I hope that from now on your company will behave properly and arrange to refund the payment received against ZERO SERVICES as per Technical record and damages for such unethical behavior.
