Hi All,
I have taken a broadband from Sify on 13-04-09 thinking that i can work from home as I was suffering from TB but the net did not worked properly. The server was down most of the time. I have taken the screen shot of few times.I kept sending mail to service provider(SIfy) but they use to send me some pre-wrote script but not address my issue. I use to call the local guy who had provided me the service but he use to disconnect my call. Now I am frustrated to a point that I can't tolerate it any more even though last night he corrected the issue but it is too late as now I can't work from home, so the whole purpose of taking internet connection has ended in smoke. They have not asked me to sign any condition and documentation. I just want to know if it is possilbe that I can get my money(Installation charge + Advanced + compensation) back.
