I am Vinay Gupta froms Shahdara Delhi. I have reliance broadband wi-max connection. reliance broadband connection ,compared to other broadband connections, provides good service but from last few days it’s not upto the mark. On 29th sep, 2010 , I was unable to connect to broadband connection. I asked help from customer care service and they convinced me that connection will be fine again within three or four hours. After Three days, I was still unable to connect to reliance broadband. When I called customer care service and asked about the status of my complaint I was shocked by the response. The response was that my registered complaint was resolved but from previous three days I had no internet connection. I never expected this from reliance broadband customer care service. It’s been Nine days and yet , I am unable to connect to reliance broadband connection. It wouldn’t be wrong if I ask for compensation because of this irresponsible service by reliance broadband customer care service.
Now i am completely help less.
