Dear sir,

5 mobile connections, 2 landline , 2 DTH connections not one service from reliance , finally when I decided to give it a try this is what happened

I had purchased a Reliance Data Card 3.1mbps for Rs.2400 from one of your outlets in DLF Galleria , Gurgaon.
A lot of promise was made regarding Service, network coverage and speed neither of which has been true so far.

I opted for a maximum usage plan of 900 approx
In the first month itself I reported network coverage problems to the customer service and was promised that Reliance will look into it.
This continued for over 3 months I kept complaining with the customer care and also visited your outlets in DLF Galleria , Gurgaon but all in vain.

There had been no action while I kept on paying the bills for 3 months without any service.

Finally my patience ran out and I categorically told your Customer Care either rectify my problem or disconnect the card. I am not willing to pay my hard earned money for no service . I have seen the lowest standard of service by reliance.

To make matters worse I got back in town this Sunday and I received a letter dated 2 September 2010 threatening legal action.

I now plan to go the legal way unless advised otherwise, following are my concerns which needs immediate attention.

• Firstly I was more than interested to use the data card hence went for and investment of 2400
• Secondly my usage is high and hence I opted of a high usage plan of 900/month
• I have also paid bills for 3-4 months against all the pathetic standards of service from reliance

If Reliance is a customer oriented organization as claimed by your corporate bosses,
I believe I should be compensated for the loss rather than being threatened by legal action.
