    Default Not Shifting Broad Band

    Dear sir,

    My name is Arun Rajan, and iam a travel agent. I have a Bharti Airtel broadband connection and my landline number is 011-46140129 with billing address of 41 Amrit Nagar, South Extension –I. On 16th Of September 2010 I have made a shifting request to Vaishali Ghaziabad. this connection is also being used for my business as well.

    Now i have been told that this process cannot be completed because there is some amount due on my earlier number which i have taken way before the above number.

    Now there is a process in Airtel that one can not take a new connection until his previous dues are not cleared. thats why before taking the above number 2 years back by same name and same date of birth i have made all my previous dues clear, but i do not have the payment receipt with me because this was done 2 years back.

    well if there were any dues left then how come Airtel gave me this new connection and did not make any effort to claim that dues in these 2 years..

    Just because of this delay in shifting i am suffering huge loss in business as iam not able to communicate with my clients through emails and not able to solve their queries online..

    I have made several attempt by talking to them on airtel 121 services and also send emails to 121@airtel.in, care.ncr@airtel.in, appellate.ncr@airtel.in and care@airtel.in regarding same problem but did not get any proper response from any of them.

    Please provide me with any solution ASAP...
