Tata vsnl big cheats

    Angry Tata vsnl big cheats

    I paid 3 months rentals on my post paid tata broad band2.0 connection. and i wish to terminate the connection now. The cmpany syas they wont refund my money!!!. I have chosen to pay advance rent out of my own choice. So if I am not utilising their service how can they bill me for it?. Its like if your phone bill is 1678/- and you pay 2000/- for conveniance and rounding it off...and when you want to discontinue, they are not refunding it!!. I asked them whether at the time i was payign on the website for 3 months advance, they had a warnign message saying that ( even in fine print) that this amount was non refundable if services terminated, they sadi they cannot anwser that!!...and you know what!...there is no such message. or warning...but they are saying it is company policy..but in that case, it should be made aware to the consumer at the time of payment, or else not accept more than one month at a time unless its part of a scheme!!...this is rediculous.

    Default The worst service of TATA !!!

    Since last 8 days we are not getting broadband service from TATA line.After noticing the failure at our end we made complaint on same day and they have provided case id .Unfortunately ,till now the issue is not rectified and those people sitting at customer service saying same recorded answer like 'server is down ,work is progressing',since last 8 days TATA server issue not rectified!!!!!! See, to provide the simple solution of broad band service TATA getting to much issues and not at all providing good service then how could they win over other services like SME ...server hosting etc.....Their technical wing never calll back to customers and they used to ran away from issues without lifting phone calll. TATA's all customer service numbers are not genuine more than those are just cheating numbers for clients.
