    Default Airtel Not Responding to Disconnection Request

    I am surprised even after submitting disconnection request for broad band connection Airtel team is not bothered to give a confirmation call so that i may proceed with my due bill payments.

    I shall not be responsible for single day extra payment if Airtel does not respond.

    My request number for same is 87156 and rerequest id is 570508.

    Default Airtel braodband not disconnecting after multiple disconnection requests

    I had first requested for Airtel broad band and landline services from Airtel on 06_DEC-10. But after multiple calls and email follwoups the above services have not been disconnected.

    AIRTEL ACCOUNT NO. 15101197 & AIRTEL LAND LINE NO:03340631042

    I was provided multiple cancellation request number with no actions:

    reference number date
    =============== ============
    41249634 24/12/10
    1315297 21/12/10
    1303695 07/12/10

    whenever I follow up with AIRTEL, I am provided with a brand new reference number and on top of that I am sent the bill though I am not using the service after 7-dec-2010 after requesting for cancellation.

    This time the brand new reference number is 42154756. dated 21-Jan-2011.

    I am not responsible for any Bill payment beyond 06-DEC-2010.
