Hi,

My broadband is not working since 1.5 months. i have given more than 25 complaints on 198 but my complaints are not attended.

I have also called Mr. Yadav (022-25101243) for more than 50 times but he also is not attending my complaints. He always gives me a false assurance.

If this matter is not solved i will be forced to take legal action and also to approach consumer court for the same.

I have also placed a request for WIFI connectivity in the month of August, but that is also not done.

I have suffered a loss of more than 1 lac rupees due to broadband failure and have to undergo severe mental stress due to the same.
